Teaching Philosphy

Beginning to intermediate students are given the opportunity to become aware of the level of determination and commitment needed to become a player by training hard in a purposeful manner (similar to elite players). Technique is developed through slow motion learning and reviews of muscle movements using video analysis. Once the movements are understood and can be reproduced, students begin the journey of doing large quantities of repetitions from either a ball machine or balls fed directly from the coach.
